Frequently Asked Questions
The investor portal features improved functionality and gives you an advanced oversight of your investment in the Calidus platform. You can see your investment information such as contributions and distributions all in one place alongside with any pertinent documentation – no need to manage multiple portals and login credentials!
Obtaining access
You will be receiving an email which will prompt you to setup your access. Your login is your email and you may select your preferred password. The portal invitation is valid for 90 days. If you want other users to have access to your portal (such as your accountant or CPA), please advise us and we can provide those users with their own login.
Password reset
If you forgot your password, you can click the forgot password link on the login page and an email will be sent with a reset code to your primary email (the one that is used for your login).
Supported browsers
We currently support Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge. We recommend Google Chrome as the preferred browser. We do not support Microsoft Internet Explorer, due to the fact that this browser is no longer supported by Microsoft.
Email trouble
Please check spam or junk mailbox to be sure the emails are not being filtered as such. Contact us to ensure we have the correct email on file for you
Security
The files and information that you see are saved in a secure online database that is only accessible to Calidus and you (including whoever you grant access to). All information is treating extremely confidentially, and we undergo continuous security checks to ensure the safety of our technology equipment and services.

There are multiple ways to login to your portal on our website. You can simply click on the login button above or access the login from the websites menu in the top left corner.
