Frank Miller

Frank Miller licensed CPA in the State of Florida with more than 35 years of experience in real estate, construction and banking. Frank began his accounting career with Coopers & Lybrand working out of their West Palm office. After 8 years at Coopers & Lybrand, Frank began working with Calidus as a controller and eventually worked his way to Chief Financial Officer.
As CFO of Calidus he was responsible for the accounting of all assets under management and Wall Street level reporting to servicers on Calidus’ CMBS loans. In addition, Frank oversaw the tax compliance for a portfolio of nearly 3 million square feet of commercial property. Frank earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Master of Business Administration from Stetson University.
He is a member of the Florida and American Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.
